America understands the importance of copyrighting one's work as it has one of the strictest copyright laws in the world. Now it looks as if Europe may follow. The continent is considering changing its copyright laws, making rules and regulations more strict in order to protect the work of publishers and artists.

What do you think? Should more copy right laws be strict around the world?
Not just publishers and artist as well as the inventors (patents). It is a great idea to be strict but the implementation should have one governing rule or implementing body and one data base to make it productive.
